Do U like the new snow flap

I really don't like the new snow flap U have so much more snow dust with the flap has anyone else notes this?

I just added the '07 flap to my '06, and I think it looks alot better. I have noticed alot of buildup of snow and ice in the back of the sled, and plan to eliminate that with the rear heat exchanger, but I like the look of the '07 flap better.

yes U do have I lot of snow build up with the new flap I ride with me bro and I have to be a mile back so I can see I hate it!!

I don't back up over the flap anymore plus it looks waaaay better...Rear heat exchanger seems to be doing a good job too..Sled is running great..

just got the o7 flap, it looked better on the 07 models i saw, wondering if thier was anything else i should of purchased for my 06 apex gt besides the flap, like the metal piece behind it, or is that that same

I love the 07' Snowflap.. I have never run over it. and it looks 100% better than the old one.

I put the 07 flap on the 05 rage we have it looks nice
Also I was sick of the sluds tearing the stock flap
so this works out great.....

I've install 1 too and love it, I think it looks way better and also retains more snow for cooling things down, Yamaha had a reason to revise it, they wanted more snow to flow in to the tunnel to run cooler...

I've also installed a rear cooler and this helps to keep the ice build-up down and give you extra cooling, I've never overheated in marginal snow conditions this year, on 1 trip in Quebec this year 3 other 4 strokers without the rear cooler did overheat on certain occasion especially when you're riding at low speeds. I'ts worth $$$...
