Driveshaft Bearing (Chaincase)

I have been hearing that the bearing in the chaincase seizes . Has anyone hear had this happen and at what mileage?

I just had my chaincase leak for the second time and wondering now given the mileage I have if it can be related to the bearing.

I had mine go last year on apex didn't seize just made lots of noise and filings still think it was my fault for running chain to tight
