Just ordered one for my wife's Phazer FX. Looking for input as far as how long of a project installing it is going to be? What kind of tools I will need, what you have to remove to gain access, etc. Trying to decide if I want to waste a weekend of riding time or wait until the following week to do it. I should have the part on Thurs. Anyone with installation experience who can give me some friendly tips would be appreciated!

I think it took me about a half hour. The seat and the plastic comes off with a couple of bolts. You need a drill and a rivit gun. Done deal!

Drill and Rivet gun, yup doesn't take long
but there were a few places I couldn't reach with my rivet gun.
maybe I need a better rivot gun, I can't remove my plastics, because the bolts just spin and spin, its been like that since I bought it new.. but I got enough rivets in there.
