There is an updated part number for the ehaust gaskets (donuts) the new one is 99999-03989-00 and the old one is 8FA-14623-00-00 are these the same or should I only buy the updated ones? My sled is an '07 with 1000 miles and I am going to do the tensioner upgrade and understand this would be a good time to update these as well.

I just did the muffler plugging test and it bogs right down and there seems to be a lot of pressure, is there any sense in bothering to change them out if they seem good. I am doing the tensioner anyway.
