my 08 phazer mtx does not. Just the two center drivers. Plain old style.

I actually run mine super loose with the stock drivers. Like with the track off the ground it hangs about 1 1/2 inches from the slides. again this is the mtx with 144 x 2 and I have never had it ratchet.

Good to know, it is a MTX and it ate a set of hyfax in just over 220 miles. I'm thinking it has the same problem my Apex did from the factory, track to tight and to many wheels.
Thanks for the info.

too many wheels? the more wheels the better for hyfax life. mine has about 1000 miles and you can't hardly tell the slides are worn. but thats mostly off trail riding.

On my Apex I ride all off trail and was burning through hyfax in 400 miles and we are talking no riding in less than 6"s of snow. Pulled all my wheels off and run scratchers, 1000 miles on this set...........
Don't know why but it works and I'm not the only one, several members on here have had the same results.
