Leave off The Old Outer Drivers
You Dont Need the Old Outers and putting them on looses the Advantage of reducing your Rotating Wieght
Ruducing the Rotating Wieght is Power You DONT NEED to Generate.
If you Set it up right you can run a fairly LOOSE Track and it should not ratchet If you Are Still Ratcheting then Perhaps you did not Position the Drivers Properly on your Shaft or they are not the right pitch for your track.
Punching out a Stock Track Which I am only getting around too this Week
with extroverts is Like Adding 5 or 6 ponies that are with you at All Altitudes If you Buy a new Fully Clipped Track The Same length you May Loose those Ponies as the Clips add back the Wieght you Saved by Punching out the Stock Track.
If You Also Punched Out EXTRA HOLES in Your track which seems too be pretty Popular now you could have a lighter better cleaning track But it may be easier to wreck it as well. The tradoff between Needing Less Power to Turn it and Having it Lighter is for Most worth it.
If I Bought a NEW Track I would try get it Clipped on only every second window if I could.
