Considering a Exup delete header for my 2013 XTX.

Sled is currently stock, 10k km on it....runs awesome.
Exup is currently operating properly.

when this season comes to a close I will likely be doing the donuts.
figuring the exude cable are likely on their last legs...and the headers may have a crack and or are starting to

Looking for users experience with the stainless headers ( Excel or ??)
Not expecting big power gains but interested how the sled character is affected...accelaration/midrange etc?
My understanding is that the header adds slight power EVERYWHERE as well deletes the need for exup cables forever and will hold up better than the Ti open headers??

Figuring would be good time to add a PVC and an airbag mod to complement the header?

Anyone running this setup ....feedback??

Thanks

I did an Ulmer MOD air box and PCV last season, along with his clutch kit. Sled ran great. Far better backshift than stock, good fuel mileage, with traction would out accelerate a stocker by a few lengths. This year I added his stainless header. The updated map he sent me added a fair bit of fuel compared to the map he gave me last year with the EXUP installed.
The sled is definitely louder at idle, but that’s really the only thing I notice, other than I can pull more helix without over shifting in a wider range of conditions. The lack of maintenance worries with the EXUP delete header is worth the price of admission to me if you plan on keeping the sled for a while yet. I’ve also noticed better cold starting since the addition of the PCV. Any more questions just fire away.
