fancy brake lights

if your are installing these lights. take your time and they will fit. that
sealent is tuff stuff, but hot water makes it plyable enought to get the lens off. run it for awhile under HOT water and pry it off slowley. lights are very nice if behind the sled.

What sealant and where. I did buysome 1157 LEDs at autozone but obviously the diameter of these is bigger. By bright are they brighter than the OEM bulbs???

yeah their brighter than stock. they have 30 led bulbs. they are way bigger outside dia. so you have to get the bulbs inside the lens. only way is to take the lens off (prying it from that black piece that the bulbs actually mount into. the sealent is most likely to keep moisture out, it is super duty stuff, like rubber glue or something. looks pretty cool though when you get them installed.

its kinda goofy the stock bulbs light up the lens, but these light up the lens
and you can see 30 beams coming out the middle of the lens.

I could not get mine apart, so I removed the red lens with various tools, mostly channel locks and tin snips. I had to use a dremel to slightly open up hole so bulbs would fit through. they work and look great.

very hot water turns that rino snot, into workable puddy. they do look cool
just hope the tail lens dont get to iced up, with no heat comming from the led
bulbs.

Exhaust would probably take care of that!

I have not had any problems with mine, other than my brake lights are useless at 10mph or higher, lol
