All I can say is wow, what a blast!!!
The sled is real loud with the aftermarket muffler on it, snow conditions were marginal so its hard to say exactly how well it hooks up since there is ice under a few inches of snow.
Turbo lag is there... from a standstill to WOT it wont rip your arms off, but once the turbo spools to 12lbs, look out you better be holding on tight, the ski's are off the ground and your going straight no matter what.
When cruising along at 30mph boost runs around 5-6lbs this is where it shines! if you crack the throttle it goes to 12lbs in a hurry and your going 70mph in a heart beat with the ski's barely touching the ground.
All in all I can say i'm thoroughly impressed with my first ride on the new sled, all this negative talk about the phazers got me a little freaked out that any day I could need a tow out of the woods... But until then im gonna drive it like I stole it.

keep your engagment rpms above 5000 rpms, make shure the exhaust has header wrap installed and the airfilter has been moved out from under the seat this will help the lag alot. Tunnel should be blocked of also.
