Finally found the perfect tank for rear mounting my meth injection tank, and pump. There wasn't any room in the front as I have said in the past after the supercharger kit, and controls went in. So I was trying to find how to mount the existing 2.5quart, or a different bottle to the rear of the tunnel. Being that they were all oddly shaped for side mounts they look like $hit going to the side of the tunnel in the rear (IMO). The pump kit, and tank have to go back there. So add some saddle bags and you look like Sanford and son :tg: . So I found this tank to mount right on the top of my tunnel extension. I will take the Yamaha brake light off, and add a LED to the rear above the flap. You should see it good since the new sport bumper drops down, and ins't straight like stock. The tank is 8"wX11"lX6"t, and holds 1.5 gallons of fluid. The wall thickness is even thicker at 3/16". Found it on coolmist.com . I will end up makeing a custom aluminum wrap, to go around it. That just exposes the cap. That way it will blend in with the tunnel. I might have to cut the end off of the exhaust, and dump it 90 degrees to the left or the right. Which isn't a big deal with the right tools ;)! . I do not know anything about coolmist's meth system, but I do know the dimensions work perfect. Found similar ones, but they were about an inch to big for the rear of the tunnel. I will post pics, after she is mounted. Just ordered it yesterday. Also talked to Snow yesterday, and they said I don't have to insulate the aluminum wrap I am putting around the tank. They said the tank should have enough ditance between the 90 on the exhaust not to effect the plastic also. They said think about this it is common sense. You basically have -20 windshield washer fluid (1-gallon) Then you add two containers of heat (100% meth) to that one gallon for a good mix. Which makes it have a greater then -20 rating. She said that guys are driving around with this setup in the back of their pickup trucks in Canada. Here are pics of the tank

Keep in mind the exhaust is 9-9.5" tall on mine so the meth area will actually be lower, and not as bulky as it looks. Right now I have a 8"X14" area to mount to, but I may lengthen it a couple inches to be on the safe side. Something else to do while I add the snow eliminators, and blend in the tunnel for a new more functional look. Any opinions or suggestions would be great

What was the cost of the kit?

I actually got the stage two kit from Snow performance, and bought this tank from the other company. Had to get a backflow preventer for the rear mount from Snow also. None of the regular snowmobile meth places sell a tank like this form what Ic could see. I am adapting Snow's to this tank. I am sure Hurricanes should work with one of these also. The prices are on both of their sites. The way I see it; you can drop around $800-$900 once for meth, or you can spend $700-$800 a year on racing fuel. Simple decision IMO
