You might me able to use a bike style frame pump with a screw-on Schrader connector, but the Fox pump has a handy-dandy gauge on it that makes life easier. You could order one online from the Port Yamaha site. Use their parts fiché and save a little.

A mountain Bike Shock Pump Work very well. We use them in our shop for the Fox Float shock for Mountain Full suspension bikes. If you cannot find any locally let me know and I can order one for you.
