We unfortunately do not produce shocks specifically for the 07’Apex Mountain so we do not have anything to offer to you.

I saw a set on a Apex MTX SE 2008 model at the dealer when I bought my 08 MTX. That was the only thing I would have wanted from the SE. I don't perticularily like the Anniversary SE decals. I have blue running through my viens not white and red.
I did look into getting a set and they were offered in the accessories catalog as Pro116 stated above. I wonder if you told Fox you have an 08 MTX that they wouldn't say they are available. The fox personel that looked into it for you probably just typed 07 apex mtx into their computer and didn't have any results pop up.

They made a 07 se too.Maybe there only offered through yamaha.that would be my guess.

Just found out why the confusion. Only the original floats were made for the Apex mtn. They dont make those anymore, and since the model is dead, they did not make any float2 for the mtn. They do make them for the wider stance short tracks though. I was told by a shock rebuilder that you can "shim?" the float2 for shorter length, and it should work, however, valving would probably need to be stiffened as well...unless it came from the short track apex. Now your getting into how much are they really worth for all the extra effort.

Timbersled sells fox floats for the Apex. Look on their website under front suspension. They also list Exit shocks. I have an '07 Apex Mtn (non SE) and simply ordered SE shocks from yamaha sports plaza, but it looks like they are no longer available from Yamaha.
