Does anyone have either fox floats or Ryde FX shocks up front on their RX1? iF SO, WHADDAYA THINK/RECCOMEND?.. Also, with the stock shocks my A arms sit pretty level... is this normal, or should they be on a slight angle? Thanks, Al

The a arms should be level for the best handling and I have fox floats and love them they made a huge difference in the ride even with the stock skid. 1 of the best things I did to my sled

I put float II's on my rx before i sold it, was one of the best things i did to the sled, I bought them new and had them revalved for my style of riding before they were shipped, can't go wrong with them

I was wondering if they would help, and now I am thinking I will get the floats for my rx1

When I installed my zx2 skid the ride improved greatly from the old proaction but I seem to feel alot more in the front end now and wanted a solution. Being from Canada and looking for a place here, I talked to a guy at shocktec in Ontario. I told him my situation and he said that the rx1 front shocks are actualy very good shock but the factory valving is poor. He could rebuild and revalve them ($60/shock)to my weight and riding style and they would perform just as good, if not better as most aftermarket shocks including fox floats and the handeling of my sled would improve, especialy with a 13mm sway bar. I will definatly go this route first and see what happens. Might be worth looking into, definatly cheaper.
