I would start out at 70 LBS and make small adjustments until it feels right to the rider.

I'm an aggressivie trail rider who weighs around 175lbs with gear on, I run around 110-115 psi in mine. Make sure the skis are off the ground when you adjust air pressure.

I'm about 160lbs and run 60 psl with the sled on the skis. Find its less tippy with less pressure in the front. Something you gotta play with a bit.. Check out FAQ. I got some really good info there on how to set up my suspension.

I'm 180lbs. and I'm running 45psi in mine. It drops the front end and rails the corners. It dropped it so much I had to reset the toe-out but by far the best adjustment I've made. I ride aggressive as most and never feel it bottom out.

on my SE i run 50-55 punds sometimes lower and tighten up the compression
any higher the sled is unpredictable in high speed corners .
i weigh 170lbs without gear and race motocross, very simliar to the way i ride my sled

Remember that pressure is equivalent to preload on a normal coil spring. Because of this, set the pressure (or preload) to a number that makes the front suspension compress ~ 1/3 of the total stroke, which is ~ 40 mm front shock stroke, when you are sitting on the sled.
