front end bushing, when to replace?,

I am having a heck of a time installing the lower bulkhead rear bushings on mine!

I replaced mine like the factory had them installed, from the engine side. I just placed them so they just started, and then with a bolt and nut with two big washers on it, just tightened up the bolt till it pressed the bushings into place. Was the easiest way to install all those bushings. Went in nice and straight.

That is more or less how I did it but the bolt is pushing the bushing out.. second apex I've done second time its done it..
The bolts are very tight with this round of bushings and the bolts are clean/bushings are matched w the original

Hmmm, so you're saying that the actual A-arm bolt is pushing out your new bushings when attempting to put the A-arms back in? I bought my bushings from Ulmer, maybe slight manufacturing tolerances if you went to someone else. Also, I put a little grease on the buhings for install purposes, and none pushed the bushings out upon install. May have to wiggle the bolt a little to make sure it is centered upon insertion. If that's the case, I can't remember, but upon sliding the a-arm bolt in , are there any threads showing before the bushing is pushed all the way out of the frame, I can't remember how much thread is available, if there is maybe you can use the nut to tighten them back in.

I grease the bushings and center the bolt as best I can it is the OEM Yamaha kit

this job is a nightmare, all my a-arm bolts ski size are seized, got 3 out without damage, the 4th bolt and nut are scrapped. now I gotta find a bolt asap
