fuel tank capacities??

hey guys does anyone know off hand what the tank capacities are for the differant brands of front mount turbos?

alpine plastic
northeast alum tank
cpr?

The NE kit was said to be 7.5 gallons and I thought the CPR kit is just slightly larger at 8 or 8.5. Good luck.

i got alpine ..on my front mount 2003 28 litres=6.16 gal.

Alpine and CPR both use the same tank on the RX1 kits. Was told it holds 8litres or 2 gallons less. But never measured mine, I know I need to carry gas if going on longer trip in the mountains and powder snow.

stock tanks is 38 liters. dave at powderlites says the tanks should be right around 29 liters.

if you send alpine your stock tank they have a guy that mods them & they are a little bigger think mine is 31-33 liters

I have had mine plastic welded to a 31 litre capacity..........cost 250.00 cdn$$. It depends how picky you are........the more time he takes to get every ounce the more it will cost you. He did mine in a few hours.

i bought a welded tank from dave at powder lites and he told me it held 33 liters. i have it now and it is definately bigger than my alum tank was!

i know its free with there kit but if you call them they could tell you not sure if its the same guy randy used & its the same tank as powder lights but the guy is close to alpines store.http://www.alpinemotorsport.ca/index.cfm

i wish i would have known that they did that stuff before i bought this tank. i have the stock tank just sitting beside the house doing nothing! LOL

i am going to run the same turbo but i changed the fuel tank for better fit and more fuel and i am going to run a mcxpress cooler as i think they have the best set up for me.

just a little fine tuning for the grim rooster.

O your still running the Rooster? i thougth someone wuld have bought that thing for sure.Next year we will have to go ride valemont my cousins from alberta alwys rid there.
