fz1 exhaust

i have a slip on micron exhaust off a 2002 fz1. will it work on my phazer? do i just cut off the stock muffler and clamp this one on?

It should work. Like you said you will have to cut the stock muffler off and clamp the new one one

should i get a powercommander to adjust my fuel to air mixture?

I would recommend it but u should not need it.

if your going to look at fuel controller also look at the

boondocker box
dyno jet
huck
and
power commander

i have the boondocker box and really like it i can adjust the fuel on the fly
