Gas Cap M.I.A.

Well in the midst of having a great time in all the powder yesterday with the riding buddies I noticed on the way home I was missing my gas cap! Who looses a gas cap! Me! grrrrr. Well its Sunday so no chance at getting a new one from the dealer. Thankfully John Deere and Arctic Cat decided to use a very similar cap and I am out riding again today! Hats off to Deere and Cat for keeping your parts interchangeable!

It's better than loosing your glasses while riding in the UP and having to ride and drive seeing triple for two days! Yes triple, I can't explain it but only at night and it was a vertical stack of lights!

Looks like we need to start a lost and found thread for snowmobilers. You need a Tether on your glasses John.

Last time I lost a pair was two years ago when brushing in the north 10. I was cutting brush out at ground level and one of the other guys grabbed a bunch I was still cutting and ripped the glasses off my face with the brush. And of course the glasses were never seen again! LOL!!!

that suck but is funny at the same time!!! Did you maybe forget to put it back on when fueling up

Thanks to a good friend that switched his cap to billet aluminum I now have his orginal gas cap for a replacement. Thanks Shagman, I owe you one bud
