Gear Change - Torque Specs?

I am going to change to the 22 tooth top gear and 70 link chain.

I don't have a service manual yet ... could someone please provide me with the torque specs for the bolts that are involved. My buddy has the service manual for his RX-1 .... would the same torque specs apply to the FX Nytro chaincase?
