handle bar change

I just bought a 09 nytro and the handle bars seem to bent. I want to throw another stock set on. when I go to change them and take the grips off are the bar heaters glued on? will they be wreaked? how do I reapply them?

Some have had success with this. I havent. Likely need a heat gun to get them off. Have you tried to straighten your bars? I wrapped a rag around my grips and tied a snipe to the handle bar with a buddies help I was able to straighten mine.
