I was thinking about trying nytro springs on the rear of my Vector to stiffen the ride up some. I have an ohlins for the rear coming but I was thinking that i should swap to the nytro springs as well weighing in at 270 without gear.

Pretty sure they make a heavier spring for the Vector now. Betcha that heavier spring is the stock Nytro spring.

yes the nytro spring is the next step for the vector and their's one heavier than the vector but there are none in the us and their are no prices yet.I'm trying to get a set but they haven't made it over from japan yet.

I'll call my dealer today and see if I can get on a waiting list. I think this would be a major improvement.

The reson I want the one's that are a step up form the nytro is because I put a 136" kit on my vector.

Advise that you put on a progressive rate front track shock spring while you're at it! Also, the valving of that shock may be too soft for what you want. "garserio" and myself put one on, and he commented that his ride was much improved (I think he rides pretty hard) and it really helped my ride quality.

FWIW and IMO - try your Ohlins b4 you order the springs - if you change to a prog spring along with the Ohlins, I'd betcha a coffee you'll be pretty dang close!

more FWIW - after this weekends ride, I'm getting more and more confident that I can dial this skid in pretty dang close to how I want it! I really liked how the front end changes positively affected the ride quality!! Might go just a bit less on compression dampening in front yet.
