I just bought a set to move sleds around the yard, maybe help with loading onto the trailer.
I back my second sled into my trailer and thought these may help
Jury is out. I used them once to unload my new sled and put on my lift. You need to make sure they are threaded all the way on.
I guess its better than driving through the grass and dirt.
I will know if they worth it the more I use, or don't use, them.

My desired use is just to load the sled onto my trailer, mounting outside isn't an option is it is too wide but far as I can tell the wheelz interfere with the A-frame on the inside

Ahhhh, I see your problem. The smaller wheel is still too big for the Delta Box chassis, correct?
I studied these wheels bit when I got them. If you had access to a lathe or new someone in a machine shop, they would not be hard to duplicate with some smaller wheels.
