I am in the process of installing the bushing kit on my sled, I am having problems installing the lower bulkhead bushing on the engine side. real pain to get to. I have already broken two bushings in the process. anyone have any suggestions on how to replace this bushing. I thought of putting the shoulder of the bushing on the ski/shock side but I am not sure if their is enough play to get it all back together again. anyone have any tricks, going to have to order more bushing and take it apart at a later date. will have to put the stock plastic ones back in again until I can get some replacement bushing. too bad the kit does not come with a couple extra bushings, its pretty easy to break the smaller ones. if anyone knows where I can just buy the inner bulkhead bushing, that would be great, need around 6 of them , just in case

It's been 3 yrs, but I managed to find the installation instructions that came with my Ulmer Oil lite bushings.
On the back page there is a note saying to install the engine side bulkhead bushings (upper and lower) with the flange of the bushing facing the A-arm. This takes fore and aft slop out the arm when it pivots on the shoulder bolt.
I used a bolt with nut and washer to carefully draw the bushings into the bulkhead, maybe 1/2" or 5/8" diameter bolt; I can't remember.
Once installed, do not grease the bushings. It causes the components to stick.

thanks will give it a try
thanks for the information, my kit did not come with instructions, had to wing it. I was wondering why the bushings would not fit properly but the stock ones had the shoulder on the inside, must have been done like that at the factory. I did manage to get the top bulkhead bushing with the shoulder on the inside, I don't think this will cause a problem. love this site.
