How do you find an old thread? A guy on TY put a hole in his heat exchanger and I know there was a thread about repairs not to long ago, any help?

Im not shure on the old thread but just take it to a aluminum welding shop and have it welded up.If its your front exchanger you may have to pull the track so they have clearance to get in there with the TIG welder. Its always a good idea to unplug CDI box also, sometimes they dont like the high frequency arc from welding.

I remembered a discussion about someone fixing the exchanger while still mounted and found it. Not sure if this is the one you were referring to.
