helmet cams-anybody use one?

i posted this in the lounge, but it came up dead so i figured that some of u mtn guys have helmet cams. if so which one and what do u think of it. i am interested in getting one but it seems to me that there all the same and i havnet had any experience or even seen anyone with one on so wondering what u guys know. any info greatly appreciated
