Help on Apex motor mount!!

Hoping some you guys can help me out on this issue. On my Apex I was doing the oil change and when I took the access plate off for the drain bolt (motor drain bolt) a huge nut fell out of the access plate. So I found out where it goes, goes to one of my front motor mounts on my sled. Now that being said, how should the collar in the frame be set to? On the other side the collar is touching the rubber motor mount, where as the side that was missing the nut the collar was backed way off about 1/2" of a gap between the collar and rubber motor mount. I assume all I have to do is make the collar to touch the rubber motor mount and just tighten it down with the bolt and nut? Sorry do not have any pictures as my GoPro is not working.
