Looks like a stud got it...a small stud sized hole.
I limped her home..about 5 miles...stopping twice to
let her cool...she was pretty hot..hope I didnt do any
Engine damage.

My question is, can I patch it with that jb weld putty, container says
It works on aluminun..never used stuff before..only have the one
small hole...otherwise exchanger looks good. Any tricks to adding coolant??
Thanks

I have used JB Weld with great success, lasted for years and thousands of miles. Prep well, clean, grind to rough up the surface and bond well.
