Check engine light and code 84 comes up which I beilieve is tors if I shut off the sled it resets as soon as I turn the bars the tors comes in again and not drivable please help

That is the TORS code.

First make sure the pin that the throttle pivots on is free to move in the the slot thru the throttle block. Check for snow or ice that might have been packed in there. If this isn't the issue you can bypass the TORS system by connecting the two ends of the leads that run to the TORS switch under the hood. For this you need to trace the leads from the throttle back to the sockets. On a Nytro the sockets are on the clutch side near the lower end of the headlight frame.

Try to warm up tha gashandle!there is a little switch on the mountbracket.it could be frosen

Set your throttle cable so there is more free play its too tight you should be able to do this by hand its where the cable ties into the rack.

Thanks for all the help guys, this site is great, it was the throttle tension like sled dog mentioned, thanks again the runs perfect again.
