Help with Clutch Ajustment

I also found if you notice where the towers for the helix studs come though the outer half of the clutch there is some material left over from casting. Its sort of a ridge that the tower was hitting on stopping the clutch from "winding" back to the top. I just took a small sanding roll and cleaned everything up. Also my clutch must be out of wack when doing the washer mod to move the belt up if I put a washer under each bolt my clutch would bind. Its out of wack somewhere so I took one washer off binding goes away and sheves sit square. I have a team roller here now Im going to try and will post back however I feel the team will work good in the trails but probably won't MPH.
Yup i ran the team 3 years ago on my 03 rx1 and it ran 117 gps so i dont think you will have to many problems,in fact it ran much better than the team that came on my fusion last year,as long as its does not have a cut for reverse, cut into the bottom of the helix, you will be fine, know i know that team may want you to run a 40 or 44 on top,but i found the top number that worked very good for me was 36 degrees, mine was the dual angle 54/34 54/36 with the black/green spring, what did they give you to try?/

Thats my problem actually it works awesome for accelleration in the trails it works amazing but hits the wall at about 120 mph on the gun. Im running a 56-46 I think in it now with a red/blue spring. If I throw the stock clutch back on it with hartmans setup in it Im banging over 130 in the same distance. The team seems to be an excellent trail corner to corner clutch but cannot support the big end from what I have seen.

Clutch Testing on a Supercharged Mountain Apex (7-10lbs boost)

Invested up to this point on my P85 / TEAM combo

2- Ultimax Belts
1- HYVO Chain
1- HYVO Sprocket
4- Sets of Weights
7- Primary Springs
6- Secondary Springs
6- Different Cuts (three helixes)

Its gonna cost you to find that perfect combination !!!

Note: -- I'm very picky -- I also ride in extremely diverse conditions and terrain.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I tried a few different scenarios and found that by adding 1 large washer and 1 small washer by belt is sitting slightly taller that the secondary sheaves. No squealing. I have not been able to ride it yet. No snow :o| . My belt is actually new. Dealer said it is normal to have to add wahers to some machines. He also told me to try to keep the belt just at the surface or just below the secondarys. Other wise its too tight and will wear on the primary as the machine is idling. I will try the machine the way it is now (belt slightly above sheaves) as it states in the manual. I will remove the smaller washer if necessary. ;)!
