Help with new skid and help installing

Hi' I am looking to upgrade suspensions in my rx1. I am wondering what suspensions everybody is using. ( I ride groomed trails but would like something that can handle the rough trails aswell) The other question I have is can you buy suspension brackets so you can match up the holes on the tunnel, or is that something you have to fab up yourself. Any help would be appreciated.
