Help with which model to buy

I'm considering buying the Sidewinder I'm definitely going with the ltx 137 but can't decide which model the SE or DX. I know the SE has better front shocks but the thought of a heated seat sounds good too. Are the Fox 1.5 shocks alot better on the SE? I also like the red and black color choice on the DX. My current ride is a 2011 Apex SE with Ulmer mods. She's a good runner. Haven't ridden any of the cat chassis yammies so it's all new to me. I've heard the rear suspension is alot better. Price between the 2 is 100 bucks. Quoted 14800 which includes a 4 year warranty and spare belt. Not sure if that's a good price or not. If I do buy the only mods I plan on will be clutching but there's always the possibility of tune and muffler. Here in Maine they frown big time about exhaust so only way I'd change it out is if it wasn't noticeable loud. Trust me I would love the rumble I own 2 Harleys but game wardens are prices up here. They don't do decibel testing if it's not stock you get a ticket. Thanks for all responses

I went with s.e. cause of color. Lol, who am I. Wouldn't have minded the heated seat....

How much do you want to change on the sled? Stx dx has the big windshield, saddle bags and 1.6 lug track. Black and red and heated seat. If you want to make those changes, something to think about.

Dx is plusher, unless you weigh over 220. I have se, weigh 170, too stiff.

I couldn't choose between LTX-SE, LTX-DX, and XTX-SE ...Ultimately I loved the red/ black, heated seat, and softer ride so I got the DX... I figure I can always change out the shocks when they are toast if I don't like them. I just ordered curve skis today....

Price is before taxes and freight. The specs I checked the DX has the rips away 2 1.25 track no mention of saddlebags possible just a tunnel bag? I was thinking the same as shocks go just replace with something better I like the black and red color but don't like the looks of the big #*$&@ windshield so far I don't see any windshield replacements. I'd also definitely stud what are people running for studs how many to help harness the power to the ground. What else have people paid for theirs? Wondering if yamaha will offer any rebates in January like they do alot but guessing with this game changing sled they won't offer much if anything
