I am replacing my exhaust dougnuts on my 04 warrior but I can't get the y-pipes out. Do you take each manifold off the motor, drill out the 8 rivets that hold the bracket on, or try to slide the new gaskets in between the y-pipes and the manifold??? There doesn't seem to be enough room to slide them in without taking something else apart. I'm thinking of drilling the rivets out and not taking the 4 manifolds off.

Need to remove each flexible manifold is the easiest route, at least it was for me.

The bolts are not fun to remove... But they will come out. Lock tight the bolts when you put them back in.... I had mine come lose while out on the trail... Sounded like a farm tractor.

I used adjustable pliers and compressed the flex pipes enough to slip my copper gaskets on. Was really not that hard to do with someone helping me of course. Make sure your pipe is clean so that once the donut is on it will slide into place easily. I used emery cloth to clean mine up and a little oil to help slide them in place.
