I was lookingt over my sled today and found a whole in the cast aluminum on the outside of the primary. It does not look natural. Problem?

Also checked my hyfax and it looks unevenly worn. I replace it every year-cheap insurance. Does my track needed adjusted?

Thxs.

could u post a pic of ur primary. then we could tell u. there souldnt be an holes in it tho. i wouldnt run the sled until u post a pic and let us see. an unbalance clutch can be very dangerous.

Went to my dealer and talked with them. I'll be pulling it for a rebuild.

That's nothin'. 30 years ago they did not even have clutch guards. I've seen whole clutches come right through the hood. Once I saw a guy knocked off the seld by a clutch and it took a good chunk out of him too.
