I'm looking to adjust the ski alignment on my 05 warrior. How do i do this? I see the tie-rods, but don't see how i can adjust them. I did a few searches and can't seem to come up with an answer. Thanks - Jason

Loosen the nuts on the tie rods and twist away. You will see the ski move in and out.

1. Lift the front end.
2. Remove the skis.
3. Remove one side of the tie rod that connects to your spindle arm.
4. Slide a 5/8" dia X more or less 40" rod thru where the ski bolts go to.
5. Place back the tie rod. You might have to adjust it by turning it. Do not tighten any bolts at this time.
6. Check your handle bars. Adjust if needed.
7. Remove 5/8" rod replace skis.
8. Place a bungee cord (not too much tention) between the two front loops. Turn the tie rods so you have a toe out of .59 inch (15mm). Depending on the brand of ski, the less toe out, the more aggressive and darting.
9. Tighten and lube everything up. I'm kinda anal and I make all the exposed tie rod threads the same length. I think the max exposed thread is 12mm.

Hope this helps you.
