I got a chance to buy an expert x rear skid that is adjustable from 121 to 136 for $850. Unsure of the miles but it is in good shape and the seller claims it needs nothing.. Is it worth it or should I just keep my skid and beef it up like originally planned. Just exploring options...

I ran one in my 1st turbo build. Good do-it-all suspension; especially at 250 hp. I would get another one in a heartbeat if price was right.

A buddy had one in a 136" Modded 780BB Viper. It worked really well in that sled. I would buy one if the price was right.

So do ya think $850 is a good price?? Im not sure of the miles but the seller said it needs nothing... How hard is it to adjust it from 121 to 136 ?? new to me...

It's probably a 121 with rail extensions to 136. Leave it as 136 believe me you won't regret it. 850.00 is a fair price. It's not a steal but I would say if it's in nice shape it's for sure worth it.

Shanks, they are awesome suspensions, i had Aaron Excell put one on my Viper and they transfer awesome, he is located in Hubbardville, NY. i don't know if thats close to you, but he's the guy to install it for you, he sells and services expert-x and does an awesome job, great guy

Are they still doing that though? I checked thier website and see no mention of ad bovin products at all? I was thinking of doing this or a zx2 in my apex possibly.

Had one in my Mach-Z and beat it severely and never had any issues with it. But for the motor, that's another story!!!!!
