How tall is the stock bar riser

Hi if someone could tell how high the stock bar riser is on a 2006 APEX RTX that would be cool.

Its hard to tell in my picture, because it's washed out - but it's 4 1/2 inches from the bottom of the handlebar hole to the bottom of the rise. That was off of my 06 rtx.
