Is there a video out there somewhere that I can watch on how to adjust the idle on my GT? It starts up great and runs fine but it just keeps idling around 2200 rpm. I would like to see it down around 1600 to 1700 when sitting at a stop sign. Any help is appreciated, as always thanks in advance.

Whats it idle at when you cold start it ? Idle knob is located -sitting on machine left side.remove side panel and the hood if you want too .just above left throttle body -black knob with a spring behind.

Don't know of any video but first check you have some slack in your throttle cable so you know its not hanging up causing your high idle.
To adjust your idle you have to remove your hood, and I remove clutch side panel as well. On the headlight support bracket left side[clutch side] there is a hole that allows access to the AIC adjuster[black knurled black knob on top of throttle bodies] with a Phillips screw driver.
Turning adjuster clockwise increase idle speed ...counter clockwise decreases idle speed.
This is all explained in the maintenance manual...I would suggest you het one...comes in real handy.
