If you are getting some grease oozing from the ends of the shaft then that should be good enough if not disasemble the skid and remove the shafts and bushing clean and reasemble replace bushings if needed. fill with grease when assembling.

Not sure what shaft you are trying to grease but if the grease is not getting to the end you can try loosening the bolts at the end of the shaft you are trying to grease. That will sometime free everything up and let the grease flow like usual, then tighten back up.
