For those of you who are running the hygear triple rates on their stock XTX Shocks, what is the proper setting on the small spring? In other words, what is the distance between the top jam nut and the top of the shock? Later Snirt.

The directions provided with he springs say set the initial preload at 10mm and make sure the open gap between the top tender spring is 15mm.

When I installed them this weekend I noticed with the three plastic spacers in the top spring, and 10mm of preload, there isn't 15mm of spring gap. I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask them.
For the 15 mm gap in the top spring I measured the top of the plastic spacer to the bottom of the plastic spring seat that centers the spring. Basically I took that to read the spring should have 15mm of movement before it couples and moves the mid spring.
