I bought a Timber Sled Rear

Was wondering before I start install if anyone can throw ideas/suggestions out. I bought the skid and a set of front floats. I picked up my float 2's for $478 off eBay new! Also has anyone done 151" set back with a Timbers
End rear installed? I think I saw it on here but wasn't sure!
