I just got a smoking deal on a brand new Phazer FX..only $4459 OTD (still have to pay Illinois sales tax though). Gonna pick her up (in Wisconsin) Saturday morning. Get this..I also got the 0-0-0 till March of 08. it's the closest I'll ever get to getting one for free... ![Rockon  ](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/rockon.gif)

you made a wise decision. For my riding syle I wouldn't even consider a base model the phazer fx is an awesome ride.I have rode all 3 models and the fx hands down.

Is the stock track any good in snow deeper than 1 foot? Hows the 1.5 free ride...will it be too much and pull the little motor down?
I haven't had a chance to drive any phazers without the stock track.I gues it's all in the rider. There are a few people on here that love the freeride on there phazers.Ulmer racing makes a clutch kit for the free ride track also.
The stock track sucks in deep snow! The Freeride works awsome. No problems, just put it on and ride.
Was that on an 07 ? Great deal.

Yeah it's an 07 FX...saving enough money that I'm gonna do some mods this summer.
I think you're better off with the 07. They are just about the same machine but the 07 has a bigger gas tank. I think it is bigger by one gallon. Lots of luck. What are you doing for mods.

I'm gonna start with the exhaust..gonna put on the excel lite and using header tape on the exposed exhaust pipe under the seat...I also plan on closing the two tunnel holes. I'm also gonna put on the free ride 1.5 track and install the ulmer clutch kit. think I'll relocate the pod from on top of the bars too a more protected position a little lower, I've seen a kit somewhere. I'll do more later after I get some miles on the sled, Ulmer is suppose the have a kit that will pump up the hp by at least 10 hp.

I rode Reaper's Phazer with the 1.5" track. Traction was spot on. ![Div20 ;)! ;)!](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/div20.gif)

I have what you're looking at doing. 1.5" freeride track, excell exhaust, ulmer clutch kit, (I have nitrous too). It was a great setup last year. 1700 miles. I found myself riding faster than I was able to on my warrior.
How is the nitrous on the Phazer ??

What dealer did you buy the Phazer from?
