well. i love my xtx. rode skidoos till my apex attak which i bought because my 06 800 motor was down again and on backorder.

1 lighter than my apex attak. 2 floats much better, better seating position than my attak(for me). i dont find my xtx cold. sorry i just dress well. it was minus -23 celcius last night. warm hands with the yamaha heater installed.
jump the road approaches much better than my attak. i dont have tunnel ice build up as i have a partial block of plate with excell header and pipe.
love then way it goes in deeper snow., easy to slide in the corners, i went through 1 set of slider last year. 2200 km so far. no belt problems. have update the factory wheels. toe out alignment made all the differance . c&a razors dosent dart. starts easy, no adding oil, very reliable, dont worry about coming home, like the apex gauge i installed very much, fuel mileage is fine, really pretty happy. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT WAS THE SLED I WANTED, there is no 1 sled that does it all. each year they get better and yours gets left behind. I BELIEVE VERY FEW CAN DRIVE ANY CURRENT SLED TO ITS POTENTIAL ANYWAYS, we cant all drive the newest and greatest. i bought a blue sled? dosent make it better than a black one. personal preferance. buy a yamaha. dont like it? buy a skidoo. dont like that? buy a polaris? dont like that buy a cat? dont like that buy a bigger sled? it goes on and on. BUY WHAT EVER THE HELL MAKES YOU HAPPY. DONT LIKE WHAT YOU BOUGHT? SHUT THE F**K UP AND MOVE ON. just my take.

Tell us how you really feel... LOL

I personally get a kick out of the folks who persitantly write on TY about how much they LOVE their new Ski-Doo and how happy they are that they finally switched.

This is even coming from long time TY Members!!

Come on guy's - I'm happy that you found a sled that works better for you and your riding use but at the same time so have I - do we really need be hearing you spew your negative personal opinions about Yamaha on this particular forum?? Isn't that what Doo Talk is for?

I agree 100% with that.

I am not sure about anyone else. But i am on the forum to find out tips, tricks, and new mods to make the sled that i ride better. It really makes no difference to me what you think of your sled or what you think of mine.

Well, someone finally had the balls to say what I was thinking. Right with you DANX123!! Man up and ride the thing!!!!! If you don't like it, sell/trade it. If you get cold, stay at home and watch Lifetime movies by the fire with a glass of wine. PANSIES!!!! I'm all for making what you have better, but I'm sick of all the "have to" stuff people say one needs to make this sled ridable. All I did was put gas in it and it seemed ridable. Yes, there are some fine adjustments needed here and there. Drive your street car/truck balls to the wall every day without maintaining it and see where that gets you. This is my first and only sled I have ever purchased and rode. I absolutely love my XTX!!
