Im trying to figure out why this grizzly wont start. I need the stock carb specs if anyone has them. Fuel screw setting, jet sizes, and clip position. Thanks...

shanksyamaha, did ya ever get the info ya needed on the carb ??
I have a service manual for an 02 - 03, & they don't have anything on the questions you asked .....
However ...
Fuel Screw setting ... are you talk'in the air/fuel mixture on the bottom fron of the carb ?? ... If so, turn it in slow & easy until it bottoms out ... then turn it out two and half turns to start. (I set mine at 2 1/4 turns)
Jet sizes ...
Main Jet - Not sure what the altitude is where your at, I live at 5200 ft above sea level & the dealer installed a 145. You could start with a 150 if you have it.
Starter jet ... mine is a 55
Pilot Jet ... stock was a 40
Those are your three main ones. Do you need others ??
Clip position ... if you have a needle with more than one groove ... stock is the third groove counting from the top of the needle.
Another way to go is with a Dyna-Jet kit. Comes with several new main jets (they are numbered different than stock Mukini jets), a new needle & clip & a new pilot jet. If you buy it from the dealer, it SHOULD come with jets & parts for your altitude. They run about $70 I think.
