Ice Scratcher Mounting Location

Want to mount a set of Ice Scratchers on my Phazer, what is the best location on the rails? Or do I have to remove the front boogie wheels?
Any help will be appreciated along with any pics show where they are mounted.

I mounted them right behind the boggie wheel and they worked great. I was worried about it being too far back but no issue.
