I can't seem to get my 03 RX to lift the ski's at all. I installed a new 1.25" track.
Can somone give me directions on how to adjust my suspension to increase ski lift. Remember I have no idea what I'm doing to when it come to adjusting the suspension.
Anyone with a 03 able to lift the ski's? I know the 05's with the mono can do it no problem.

I cant remember if the 03's have adjustable transfer rods. If they do back then off a bit.

Tighten your preload on the front shock, set your rear shock to the softest setting, and adjust your transfer rod nuts forward.

The owners manual will tell you how to adjust for tranferit only takes two wrenches and a couple minutes. I have a set of quick adjust transfer nuts for $20.00. P.M. me. good luck

I was messing with the transfer rods. Can some one explain which way I should adjusting these for more trasnfer.
Should I move the nuts up or down? Larger gap on the top of the rod or the bottom below the nuts?

UP I believe.

So that would be less lines showing on the top?

Yup, open up the top gap. This will make the sled a bear to ride in the twistie trails though. The 03 / 04 is very fussy. A good drag setup (lots of transfer) is horrible on the trails and vice versa.

I've tried adjusting the rods. But I'm not noticing any difference. I still don't think I'm doing this right. I moved the nuts down and I can now see the red mark on the rod. I drew a quick picture to show you. This is how it's set right now. What will this give me? More or less transfer?

you want to move those nuts up so you don't see anymore lines , this will give you more transfer, also see what your limiter straps are set at, you might have way too much ski pressure

What about tightening the limiter strap. I believe tightening the front limiter strap will cause ski lift. If you back off the limiter strap, less ski lift. So I have heard.

If you want more ski lift I would say loosen the limiter straps that will take weight off the skis and put it on the track .
