I realize that the sag method is the best method, however to save some time is there a recommended installed height (compressed height) to use when I install the 7.6 spring on the stock Ohlin electronic shock? I weigh about 235 dressed.

You could use the set up chart in the FAQ section for a rough estimate, but that spring is going to change the required preload an awful lot. Like you said, sag measurement is best.
