I've run Iridium plugs for 4 years on my '07 Attak. It did it to facilitate cold weather starts (-37F in Dawson, Yukon). It worked. I also have a circulating heater and an oil tank heater but even when the sled is not "plugged in" I noticed an immediate benefit in cold starts.
Hope this helps.

been in my 09 vector since 09. in the carbed models they make them start easier and idle smoother. the fine wire electrode makes it easier for the spark to jump the gap. got to be easier on the electrical system.
