Is this an M-10 spring?

My buddy bought a 2004 RX-1 Warrior with a M-10 suspension in it. The previous owner gave him this extra spring. My buddy thinks the owner said that the spring was the stiffer M-10 spring.

There isnt a part number on it, how can I tell what type of spring it it?

I have a 2005 RX-1 ER with the monoshock suspension and want a stiffer spring. My suspension has the click adjustable shock. Would this spring work in it?

The spring is 12" long

my guess is it's an xtra 12 spring.

My stock rx-1 ER monoshock spring measures about 11.5 inches in my suspension with the setting at max hard so Im guessing it is about 12" when out.

Can I swap it out with this one?
