Days like today are what sledding is all about! +10 celcius, (50 farenheight) sunny, no snow but the 90 miles of lake we ran had about a half inch of slushy ice. It's nice when you can stop for a bevy & not freeze your #*$&@ off, lol!!!!!
An added bonus is when my dreamo read 131 & the GPS was at 113!!!! (most guys that posted 131-132 said 115-117 on gps, guess my gps is out a little or something, lol!!)
All & all an awesome day, so never put your sleds away before it's time......you just don't want to miss out on that special ride!
It's been a great year, thanks to everyone for their help as this was my first Yammy. I was born & raised on poo....good bye Poo forever, lol!!!!!

Ranger, what is your location??
I am in north western Ontario Canada ( at the Ontario/Manitoba border)
Big turn in the weather today as it raining......noooooooooooooooo!!! lol
Still two feet of ice though, not ready to hang up the skis quite yet!

Same here!!! Had a ride on Saturday on the lake and finally got a chance to open er up! It read 121 on dream meter but registered 111 on the gps. We just got a dump of 6+inches overnight which means the lake will be gold for one more weekend! Awesome year for sledding.

Yep we are still riding in NB... 110 miles on thursday and 80 on sunday with wife. Have to stay in the woods, and can't get into towns for fuel but still a few more weeks of spring riding... one spot still has about 4 feet of snow!... its great!!!!

Some people say " give it up already" hahaha, the thing they don't understand is that ya can't beat sledding on a hot sunny spring day, nothing like it!!! At least your wife enjoys it as well, my betterhalf would love to do one or two more rides but she can't because her 1999 XLT sp with only 300 miles on rebuilt motor blew up again & even caught on fire!!! She is done til next year unfortunately, oh & done with Polaris forever!
Me......well, hmmm, next weekend is supposed to be sunny & warm once again & there is still lots of ice!!!! Wuhooo here we go again!!
