I've done so many mods I'm sure to miss several;
stretched to a 136
Warrior tunnel ext.
M10 with RX1 coupler blocks-recently lowered rear brackets to allow for easier removal-added stainless spacers (pipe nipples) with lock bolts to each side of axels to make removal easy w/o the other side bolt turning-plasti-dip the springs
3rd Ripsaw (no studs this time)
extra bogy wheels (no hyfax wear at all)
polished tunnel (even under seat)
polished tunnel ext.
rear heat exchanger
tunnel protectors
tunnel braces
noisy heat shields removed
stock exhaust (used to run gutted (for sale) until the teeth rattled out of my head
Chrome billett gas cap
Chrome side covers
Chrome exhaust covers
Chrome exhaust tips
2005 seat
2" riser
Horn
tall and wide windshield (I know its fugly, but hey, I keep warm) I've tried them all
80/100 headlights
all decals removed
blackened front end with grease zerts (used to have the wide front end until recently)
links and 11mm swaybar
gen 1 simmons w/bergstrom triple point skags (I've ran many different types)
ski shims (a must do mod)
OEM rivet and hood bumper fix
skid plate
a arm covers (now in box)
2005 coils
stainless cap screws on carbs fix
Venture style mirrors (the only type to use if you want to see behind you)
Helix/spring/washer mod
Heavy Hitters clutch matched to the
ECP-Eastern Cycle Performance-performance kit including jets, springs, K & N filters with pre-filters.
EVAC mod to reduce the under piston pressure
most hardware replaced with stainless
Ohlins clickers all around
new style of snow flap with mod to keep it from going under (so simple)
luggage-every piece-I always ride with the trunk bag
LED-Blue-a lot of them
R1 clear tail light

all I can think of currently. So now the pictures, you will also see my daughters 98 XTC project, I now have 2 of these, both purple (fugly), and my car, a 94 Miata "R".

Very nice sled. Exact same as mine, but mine isn't quite that shiny. YET! A solid black apex seat would look awsome on that. How do you polish the aluminum.

thanks.

I used mothers this time around. I always finish with a coat of mothers carnuba, seems to stay clean longer.

Sweet looking sled. And a fun car for the summer(The yamaha engineer Masao Furusawa who design the first mono RA has his own miata that he drives and tests his chassis design to make it better).

Nice!

I used to run the clear light with led bulbs but the guys complained that the snow would build up on the lens due to the led's not making enough heat to melt the snow off. Now I have an Apex seat and tail light with no problems.

I run the same shield and love it. My knees stay warm as well as the rest of me. The Venture mirrors are the best. To lazy to do that much polishing though! Good Job!

Yes Gordon, it is still my old girl. Cant wait to bring her back out and ride with you again.

Gordon, with the warmer weather being so early this year, what is the forcast for the summer in the midwest?

Sasquatch, I used to run the LED tailights, the ones that go in circles, drove the people behind me nuts, now I just use red bulbs, not LED. No snow build up problems.

Lowslung, thanks. The Miata is a fun car to drive, year round here. It is like my 4 wheel sled. Mine is a 94 R, R versions are built for racing from the factory. The 94 R version is the most sought after Miata to purchase, I got lucky and the seller didnt know.
